Google Reverse Search Tool:
Use the Google Reverse Search tool to find apartment complexes of units listed on Airbnb. This handy tool can help you find units listed in an area you may want to list in. Some of these units are in airbnb friendly complexes, or they could be listed without the property permission. Using the scripts you will be able to call the complexes to find out if they provide corporate leases, and if they are airbnb friendly.
The best way to use this tool is by grabbing an image that is located in a common area, and possibly a picture the complex uses on their company website. This trick will not always work, but it does more than half of the time.
