The profit calculator will help you determine if the unit you want to rent will be profitable
Take Action
Look at some units you would like to rent.
1. What are some profitable areas based on mashvisor
2. Based off Airdna what are the competitors in this same area charging per night?
3. Look on Apartments.com to find apartments in this area. What is a based rent?
4. Plug the rent rate, and the application fee, and guestimate the expenses to see what profit you can make in this area.
